Giorgio Latini, from Rome, is always balanced and gives advice to guide his friends. Sometimes he sorts out the “messes” caused by Fulmen and Ventum. Giorgio turns into Thermo, and his CEM-designed suit changes colour every time he uses his superpower to change temperatures and the state of the elements.
